What are the differences between teacher, student and admin accounts?
Students can only access the “Learn” and “Meet” environments of your school, while teachers have access to the “Teach” section too. By default if you register an account you are also admin of your school. Administrators have access to the “School” environment too, where all the customization and monitoring features can be found.
How much does the white label option and the mobile app cost?
The white label option includes setting up your custom domain, which has a one-time setup fee of $500. The branded mobile app is available for a one-time $500 setup fee.
Can I cancel or change my existing subscription?
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. You can use your account as it is until the end of the billing period.
What happens if I exceed the limitations included in my plan?
You can’t add more teachers, students or admins than the number of users included in your plan. When you downgrade your package we will send an email notification if you exceed your limitations. You can go to the Users menu and select which students and teachers can still access your school. If you wish to add more users, you can upgrade your existing plan anytime.
What are my payment options?
You can pay your monthly subscription by debit or credit card through the secure system of Stripe.
